Bernardo da Costa e Silva holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro – PUC-Rio (2002), and a Postgraduate Degree in Business Law FGV-RJ (2007). He joined the Firm as an intern in 2000, and became part of the team of lawyers in March 2003. He had previously worked at renowned law firms in areas relating to Commercial Law and Civil Law.
From 2009 to 2013, he became part of large law firms as a litigation lawyer, focusing his practice on civil law, corporate law, regulatory affairs, real estate and environmental law. Worked in Vale S/A’s mining, railroads and ports projects as secondee between 2012 e 2013. Legal advisor of the Head of the General Prosecution Office of the State of Rio de Janeiro 2014 to 2015. He’s also researcher at Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV concerning Public Law and Regulatory Affairs. Joined the Firm in July 2015.
