André Uryn

André Uryn holds a B.A. in Law Universidade Candido Mendes - Centro (2000), and a Master’s in Regulatory Law, Fundação Getúlio Vargas (to be concluded in 2015).

He was Federal Attorney, Chief Legal Adviser of the Secretary of State for Works of Rio de Janeiro between 2010 and 2015, and Attorney for the State of Rio de Janeiro since 2004.

As a lawyer, he has extensive experience working with the supervisory bodies, with emphasis on Courts of Accounts. He has expertise in the following areas: infrastructure regulation, bids and administrative contracts, especially for public works.
