Revista Consultor Jurídico (ConJur) published an article by our lawyers Ana Luiza Moerbeck and Catarina Bernardez Martins on the three decrees published by the federal government that introduce new instruments for the governance and supervision of state-owned companies.

According to the authors, the decrees reinforce the role of the state in creating markets and mobilising resources to tackle structural challenges in an innovative way and reinforce the commitment to modernising Brazilian public management.
