Our partner João Laudo de Camargo has joined the LLM in Business Law program at FGV Direito Rio as a guest professor responsible for the course Corporate Governance and Management Responsibility.

João taught his class on July 28, the start date of the course, which will address the topics of corporate governance in Brazilian corporations, management responsibility (board of directors and executive board), and corporate governance and management responsibility in state-owned companies.

The course is aimed at law graduates working in the area of business and corporate law, with a focus on lawyers, administrators, advisors, and public managers.
