Bocater Advogados is one of the sponsors of the VII International Criminal Compliance Laboratory, which takes place tomorrow, 29/06, at the British Consulate in São Paulo and is organized by ComplianceLab.
The meeting aims to bring together different perspectives and experiences to discuss current and relevant issues in the field of criminal compliance, in a technical, plural and collaborative environment.
This year’s edition will be organized around three main axes:

🔹 Whistleblowing in Brazil and the protection of whistleblowers
🔹 Challenges and trends in criminal compliance in Brazil
The organization’s proposal is to offer a space for listening, exchanging and learning between legal professionals, the business sector, the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the judiciary.
