On 6 April, our partner João Laudo de Camargo will take part in the Investment Funds Congress, for which he is the technical coordinator, organised by the Capital Markets Commission of the Rio de Janeiro Bar Association (OAB/RJ).
João will be one of the speakers on the panel “Investment Funds and the Judiciary”, alongside Judge Mônica Maria Costa Di Piero (TJRJ) and Judge Otávio Calvet (TRT1). Our partner will also take part in the closing session alongside Rodrigo Tavares Borba and Felipe Demori Claudino.
In honour of the 50th anniversary of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), the event brings together representatives from the main regulatory authorities, legal experts and capital markets professionals to discuss regulatory developments and the contemporary challenges facing the investment fund industry in Brazil.
The Congress is taking place in person at the Escola Superior de Advocacia RJ (ESA) in Rio de Janeiro.
