On 13 October, the OAB/RJ Committee on External Oversight of Public Administration, chaired by our partner Thiago Araújo, is organising a debate on the TCU’s jurisdiction over private individuals and the pension funds case. The discussion will take place from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm in the Professor Sylvio Capanema Plenary Hall at the Escola Superior de Advocacia (ESA).

The event brings together professionals who work directly with this subject and aims to address a highly topical issue for those practising in the field: the limits of the TCU’s jurisdiction over private individuals and private entities, particularly in the context of closed supplementary pension schemes (EFPC).
