Bocater’s Public Law Team, represented by our partner Thiago Araújo and our lawyer Ana Luiza Moerbeck, was present at the ABDIB Forum 2025, held on June 5.

Entitled “Infrastructure: the road to sustainable development”, the event brought together authorities and infrastructure experts to debate the future of projects in the country, as well as the main obstacles and solutions to the bottlenecks faced.

Held annually, the ABDIB Forum aims to bring together authorities from the Executive, Legislative and Judiciary branches, executives from the main companies in the sector, as well as leaders and specialists in a series of thematic panels to build an agenda of actions aimed at stimulating investment in the sector, which is fundamental for increasing competitiveness and resuming economic growth.
