Bocater Advogados is one of the sponsors of the 10th ICDS 2025 Supplementary Pension Seminar, which will take place on December 5, in São Paulo, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The event, organized by ICDS – Instituto Connect de Direito Social (Connect Institute of Social Law), will also feature the participation of our partners Flavio Martins Rodrigues and Fernanda Rosa in two panels.
Flavio will discuss the scenarios and prospects for Supplementary Pension Plans in the first panel of the day, at 9:30 a.m. He will be joined by Lygia Avena, coordinator of the seminar, Devanir Silva, CEO of Abrapp, and Guilherme Campelo, Licensing Director at Previc.
Fernanda will be present at the third panel of the day, “Regulatory Scenarios and Judicial Litigation of Supplementary Pensions,” which will take place at 2:30 p.m. Also participating in the panel discussion will be Fábio Souza, judge, professor, and founder of ICDS, Eduardo Lamers, General Superintendent of Abrapp, and Fábio Junqueira, PhD in political and economic law.
