Luiz Felipe has over 10 years of experience in regulatory and competition law, working with normative analysis, regulatory governance, regulatory impact assessment, and economic studies. He has advised companies, private associations, and government bodies on the design and assessment of regulatory and competition strategies. He develops projects in regulatory policy, compliance processes, analysis of barriers to competition, and technical support in engagement with regulators.
He has worked in consulting and applied research for institutions such as CNI, ANALOME, ANSEJA, Instituto Millenium, and Our Common Home. He is an Associate Professor at Recife Law School of the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), where he teaches corporate, regulatory, and competition law. He also works as a consultant in regulatory and competition law, focusing on institutional analysis and regulatory governance.
