Luiz Felipe has over 10 years of professional experience in regulatory and competition law, working in regulatory analysis, regulatory governance, regulatory impact assessment, and economic studies. He has advised companies, private associations, and public agencies on the formulation and evaluation of regulatory and competition strategies. He develops projects in regulatory policy, compliance processes, analysis of competition barriers, and technical support in dialogue with regulators.
He has worked in consulting and applied research for associations and institutions as CNI, ANALOME, ANSEJA, Instituto Millenium, and Our Common Home. He is an adjunct professor at the Recife Law School of the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), where he teaches corporate, regulatory, and competition law. He works as a consultant in regulatory and competition law, focusing on institutional analysis and regulatory governance.
