Daniela Felix

With solid experience in public and administrative law, Daniella has been part of the Bocater Advogados team for around 8 years, working in both the litigation and advisory spheres, advising clients from various sectors on a wide range of issues. 

Daniella represents clients in all levels of judicial and administrative courts, with a special focus on the Federal Audit Court (TCU). In the advisory sphere, she advises national and multinational companies on bidding processes, concessions, participation in PPPs, among others. 

Her previous experience includes working for the Rio de Janeiro State Court of Justice (TJ-RJ), the Federal Public Defender’s Office (DPU) and the legal department of a railway concessionaire.
