Fernanda Rosa has more than 15 years’ experience in the area of supplementary pensions, with a special focus on representing clients in judicial litigation before the Courts of Justice, Labor Courts, Superior Courts and the Federal Court, as well as administrative bodies. Her  practice also includes advising companies from a wide range of segments and sizes on matters related to supplementary pension plans and labor law.

A member of the Bocater Advogados team since graduating, she is currently co-head of the Supplementary Pension Litigation area and the firm’s People & Management Director. She is the author of several articles published in legal journals and specialized online platforms.
