Measures regarding the COVID-19 pandemic

Dear clients, partners and colleagues,

In order to comply with the recommendations of public authorities and health experts, Bocater has adapted its routine to avoid contagion by COVID-19 and to preserve the health of our workers, their families and the community in general.

In this sense, the main measures taken by the firm so far are the following:

• Our communication systems continue working as usual, on the same phone numbers and email addresses.

• Bocater Team is maintaining its routine, with the same working hours, on a home office basis.

• We have provided our members with the necessary tools to work remotely, with adequate and secure technological devices which protect confidential data.

• Meetings may normally take place by electronic tools. Our firm has standardized its tools on Skype and Windows Teams, and we are also prepared to use other options at our clients convenience.

• We have also recommended that Bocater Team takes all the precautions suggested by health experts, such as avoiding personal contact as much as possible, practicing respiratory hygiene and cough etiquette and washing their hands properly and frequently.

At this time, the priority is to preserve the health of our clients, our team and their families, and the community in general, without jeopardizing confidentiality and the quality and promptness of our services.

Bocater continues to serve its clients and customers with the same focus on service quality and response punctuality. We will keep our communication channels active in order to inform about new developments.
