Our lawyer Luiz Octávio Sibahi, with a Master's degree from the University of São Paulo (USP), had his thesis on Theory of Law published in a book released by Dialética publishing house.

The work entitled "Direito e Ideologia: uma aproximação entre Marx e Freud, Lacan e Zizek" seeks to reflect on the constitution of modern Law and its relationship with ideology. To do so, it mobilizes categories from critical social theory and psychoanalysis, identifying in the passage from feudalism to capitalism the critical moment of social transformation, in which the deepest determinations of its functioning originate.
