On June 24th, the book Arbitration and Mediation in Private and Public Law – Studies in Honor of Selma Ferreira Lemes will be launched, featuring an article by our lawyer Veronica Reade.

Co-authored with Maria Lucia Cantidiano and Isabel Cantidiano, Veronica discusses in the text the duality of earn-out, a solution to deadlocks in negotiations and a source of problems in enforcement.

The launch will take place at the headquarters of CAM-CCBC – Center for Arbitration and Mediation, from 5pm to 8pm.
