Gabriel Leite is the coordinator and professor in charge of the course “Sanctioning Process at Previc,” organized by the Getúlio Vargas Foundation in Rio de Janeiro (FGV Direito Rio), which will begin on March 16 and take place on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
In addition to Gabriel, Luis Felipe Lopes Martins is also a professor responsible for the course, and Fábio Lucas de Albuquerque Lima, Arlete Nese, and Ricardo Pena will teach classes as guest professors.
Among the topics to be discussed are the objectives of the State’s actions in relation to EFPCs, inspection procedures, corrections, TACs and infraction notices, the defense and investigation of administrative sanctioning proceedings, among others.
