Our partner Flavio Martins Rodrigues and our attorneys Larissa K. Vieira Bosco and Bruno Ballogh are the authors of the article Closed Supplementary Pension Plans: the necessary regulatory simplification, published in the recently released collection Supplementary Pension Plans – The Transformative Role in Social Inclusion and Protection: Trends, Challenges, and Opportunities.
Launched during the 46th Brazilian Private Pension Congress (CBPP), held from October 22 to 24, 2025, in São Paulo, the work was organized in partnership with Abrapp – Brazilian Association of Closed Supplementary Pension Entities – and the Brazilian Bar Association – Rio Grande do Sul Section (OAB/RS).
The book brings together contributions from some of the leading experts in the sector in Brazil who, from different perspectives, enrich our knowledge of supplementary pensions and reflect on the paths that lie ahead for their future.
