On 30 October, our partner Francisco da Costa e Silva will participate in the 12th Abrasca Meeting on Public Company Law, held by the Brazilian Association of Public Companies (Abrasca).
Francisco will speak on the panel ‘Regulatory Trends for the Capital Market in 2026 and Outlook for the CVM,’ alongside Antonio Caros Berwanger, Cauê Myanaki, Paula Magalhães, and Henrique Filizzola, who will moderate the panel.
The 12th edition of the event, whose theme is ‘News and trends related to Public Company Law,’ addresses critical issues such as corporate litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and ESG practices through interactive panels.
