Costa will be one of the speakers on the panel “Sociedades de economia mista – SEM governance and its repercussions on the capital markets”, which will take place at 10am, alongside Marcelo Trindade, Lucineia Possar and José Alexandre Tavares Guerreiro. The panel will be chaired by Ivan Monteiro.

The congress will be attended by various experts, including Directors and Former Directors of the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), university professors, professionals and members of the Judiciary, such as the President of the Supreme Federal Court (STF), Justice Luís Roberto Barroso, who will speak about the legal security of investments in Brazil.

On the first day of the Congress, which is sponsored by Bocater Advogados, our partner Maria Isabel do Prado Bocater discussed sanctions law and the responsibility of administrators in relation to infractions unrelated to their specific duties.

The event takes place in person at the Federal Justice Cultural Center in Rio de Janeiro.
