On 11 September, Bocater Advogados is organising the webinar ‘TCU’s role in pension funds’, which will focus on analysing the recent expansion of the Federal Court of Accounts’ (TCU) jurisdiction over Closed Supplementary Pension Entities (EFPC), with an emphasis on the direct supervision of operations carried out by pension funds, including in the capital market.

The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and will be led by specialists from the firm’s supplementary pension and public law departments, who have experience before courts of auditors. The purpose of the meeting is to offer pension fund managers and legal teams, as well as other stakeholders in the system, a strategic and in-depth view of the challenges and risks arising from this new external control scenario.
