Graduated in Law from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro – UFRJ (2002); post graduated in Private Equity from the Catholic University – PUC/RJ (2009); Conflict Mediation Course at Mediare Diálogos e Processos Decisórios (2013).

Professional with over 17 years of legal experience. She started her activities in litigation in 1999 in a large law firm to which she later became a partner, working in civil and business areas;

General Counsel and Compliance Officer at Generali Seguros S.A. Brazil from November 2012 to May 2016, responsible for legal advice on insurance and reinsurance strategic operations; management of civil and administrative litigation of the Company, development and management of all contracts. Responsible for corporate governance of the company, including all corporate matters; Corporate Secretary of the Board of Directors; Responsible for the relationship of the Company with the local regulator SUSEP; Compliance area of structuring; Implementing controls for identification, monitoring and reporting of possible laundering offenses the competent authorities (AML / CTF); Implementation of global policies of the Company and creation of local standards compatible with the guidelines of the Group and in accordance with the laws and Brazilian regulatory framework; Implementation of the Code of Conduct and reporting channel of the company and restructuring of the Ombudsman. She was also responsible for the management of multidisciplinary teams.
