Our partner Fernanda Rosa and our lawyer Guilherme Giovani Sabatini participated in the Annual Meeting of Valia Lawyers this December.

The event is a day organized by the entity with some partners, featuring several lectures and debates of interest to the foundation, in addition to promoting integration between employees and service providers.

Our team spoke on the topics: “Repetitive appeals in labor courts and access to jurisdiction,” “Topic 24 of the Superior Labor Court: the rationality of the legal structure of EFPCs in Brazil and the lack of jurisdiction of labor courts,” and “Women and governance: female participation in the supplementary pension system.”
