Our lawyer Larissa K. Vieira Bosco was recently appointed a member of the OAB SP Private Pension Commission.

Larissa works in the area of supplementary pensions, with a special focus on closed supplementary pensions (pension funds). She has extensive practical experience and holds a master’s degree from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) in the “Economics of Organizations” line of research. Her project focused on the mechanisms to encourage the migration of civil servants subject to their own social security system (RPPS) to the supplementary social security system (RPC), as well as the economic effects of this process, especially on the budgets of federal entities.

In this first half of the year, the Commission, with the participation of our lawyer, defined the technical planning for the year and the presentation of some projects. Among other things, the planning included the preparation of a book of articles debating relevant issues in the sector, a congress and a seminar.

We congratulate Larissa on her appointment and wish her success in the challenge!
