Our lawyer, Larissa K. Vieira Bosco, received the IPEBLA Young Practitioner Award during the 20th IPEBLA Conference, which took place in May in Dublin, Ireland.

The award recognises Larissa’s comparative analysis of automatic enrolment in supplementary pension schemes. The study demonstrated that enrolment by default is not sufficient to ensure participants remain in the scheme; participants must have confidence in the system to avoid opting out of the supplementary pension scheme. “For a system to be sustainable and long-lasting, people need, above all, to trust it. Trust is the indispensable foundation of all the relationships we wish to build in this sector,” explains Larissa.
