In an article published on the Roncarati Publishing House website, our lawyer Larissa K. Vieira Bosco comments on the importance of improving communication by closed supplementary pension entities.

In Larissa’s opinion, clear communication simultaneously complies with constitutional requirements and regulatory governance requirements, bringing the entity closer to its audience and reducing reputational risks.

“Simplified communication is not an optional addendum to the practices of closed supplementary pension entities, but an essential requirement for compliance with the Constitutional Principle of Transparency and for strengthening the bond of trust between entities and their participants, beneficiaries, sponsors, and founders. Given the evolution of information technologies, simplifying communication becomes not only possible, but imperative. Technological improvement represents the link between the constitutional mandate and contemporary demands for clarity, accessibility, and engagement,” says Larissa.

She also points out that the simplification of communication language must be reflected in the regulatory obligations regarding the data to be made available.
