At the beginning of this month, the 1st Meeting of the OAB SP Private Pension Commission was held, attended by our partner Flavio Martins Rodrigues and our lawyer Larissa K. Vieira Bosco, members of the committee.

At this first meeting, the technical planning for the coming months was defined and some projects were presented to the committee. Among other things, the planning included the preparation of a book of articles debating relevant issues in the sector, the organisation of a congress and a seminar.

The meeting also included a presentation by Devanir Silva, CEO of Abrapp – the Brazilian Association of Closed Supplementary Pension Funds – on the re-signification of supplementary pension funds.
