An article written by our partner Fernanda Rosa and our lawyers Larissa K. Vieira Bosco and Flávia Eduarda Rocha received an Honourable Mention in the 9th PREVIC Monograph Award, promoted by PREVIC – National Superintendence of Complementary Pensions, ANFIP – National Association of Tax Auditors of the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service and ANAPAR.

In the text, entitled ‘The necessary expansion of female leadership in Closed Supplementary Pension Entities,’ the authors analyse the historical reasons that explain the current gender gap in leadership positions in EFPCs, reflect on the positive results that the increase in the number of female leaders has caused, and discuss proposals that could transform the current situation.

The 9th PREVIC Monograph Award is the most important award for works in the sector and serves as a barometer of ideas and proposals for innovation in the closed supplementary pension system in the country.

This year’s winners will be honoured on 23 October during the 46th Brazilian Private Pension Congress (CBPP), which will take place in São Paulo.
