On 17 August, our partner Thiago Araújo will take part in the 21st edition of the National Meeting of Lawyers for Closed Supplementary Pension Schemes (EFPC), organised by Abrapp and sponsored by Bocater Advogados.
Thiago will speak on the TCU, TCEs and Previc: Limits of Control, Conflict of Jurisdiction and Legal Certainty for EFPCs during Plenary Session 2, which will also feature Elísio de Azevedo Freitas, Amarildo Vieira de Oliveira and Jordana Perfeito Castro.
This year’s edition features technical presentations, strategic debates and high-quality networking within a setting for reflection and high-level legal updates.
The event will take place on 17 and 18 August, in person, at the Royal Tulip Alvorada Hotel (Brasília).
