Last week, the Bocater Advogados team attended the 46th Brazilian Private Pension Congress (CBPP), which took place between October 22 and 24 at the Transamerica Expo Center in São Paulo.

The firm was represented by our partners Flavio Martins Rodrigues, Fernanda Rosa, and Matheus Corredato Rossi, who followed the event’s debates.

In addition, Fernanda was one of the speakers on the second day of the event, participating in a panel that addressed whether lawsuits against EFPCs are returning to the Labor Courts.
