On May 7, our partner Matheus Corredato Rossi gave a lecture at the invitation of Metrus Instituto de Seguridade Social on CMN Resolution 5.202, which amended provisions of the former CMN Resolution 4.994, which establishes guidelines for the investment of the guarantee resources of Closed Supplementary Pension Funds (EFPC).

The meeting brought together the Institute’s Executive Board, investment, legal and risk and control departments, focusing on the main changes to the rule and their direct impact on the Institute and the closed supplementary pension segment.
