Our senior partner Flavio Martins Rodrigues was one of the panellists at the III Brazilian Social Security Law Congress, organised by the ICDS – Connect Institute of Social Law on 21 and 22 August in Rio de Janeiro.
Flavio addressed current issues in private pension plans during the event, which featured lectures, short presentations, mentoring sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities for professionals in the sector.
Among the topics discussed at the event were the impacts of artificial intelligence on Social Security Law, the calculation of social security benefits, conflicts between administrative rules and case law, the future of social security planning, and opportunities in law related to this area.
