The 3rd Brazilian Congress on Administrative Sanctioning Law (CBDAS) is taking place on 20 and 21, with Bocater Advogados among the sponsors.
Now in its third edition, the congress brings together experts, public authorities, academics and professionals from all regions of the country, fostering dialogue between theory, legislation and practice on topics such as gender and Administrative Sanctioning Law (DAS), DAS and the Law on Ineligibility, and the nuances and controversial issues surrounding DAS for state-owned enterprises. Our partners Maria Isabel do Prado Bocater and João Laudo de Camargo are among the speakers.
Organised by IDASAN – the Brazilian Institute of Administrative Sanctioning Law, the event takes place at the International Convention Centre of Brazil (CICCB) in Brasília.
