Bernardo da Costa e Silva’s practice is broad and encompasses a wide range of corporate and capital markets matters. His practice includes advising domestic and foreign clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructurings, IPOs, corporate change agreements, shareholder agreements, corporate disputes, corporate governance, estate planning, among others.
He also acts for the Securities and Exchange Commission (CMV), both in operations and transactions related to the capital markets and in representing clients in sanctioning proceedings.
He joined Bocater Advogados as a trainee a few months after the firm was founded. Prior to that, he worked as a trainee at renowned Brazilian law firms in the areas of commercial and civil law.
