The different lines of thought are being exposed and debated during the trial of ADI (Direct Action of Unconstitutionality) No. 7.236, filed by Conamp (National Association of Members of the Public Prosecutor’s Office). The action questions some changes made by Law No. 14.230/2021 to Law No. 8.429/1992, which provides for the sanctions applicable due to the practice of acts of administrative improbity.
