Our partner Fernanda Rosa and our lawyer Pedro Diniz da Silva Oliveira published an article in the October/November issue of Revista da Previdência Complementar (Supplementary Pension Magazine).
In the article, Fernanda and Pedro analyze the decision of the Fourth Panel of the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) that maintained the Reference Rate (TR) as the index for adjusting defined benefit plans administered by Closed Supplementary Pension Entities (EFPC), provided that this index was established before Resolution No. 40/2021 of the National Council for Supplementary Pensions came into force.
