Our partner Fernanda Rosa is participating this week in the 46th Brazilian Private Pension Congress (CBPP), which is taking place between October 22 and 24 at the Transamerica Expo Center in São Paulo.

Fernanda will speak on the second day of the event at 9 a.m. and discuss whether lawsuits against EFPCs are returning to the Labor Courts.

The event is organized by Abrapp – Brazilian Association of Closed Supplementary Pension Entities, and will be held in person and online.
