Bocater Advogados was highlighted among the leading law firms in Latin America by the new edition of the Latin Lawyer 250 guide, recently released.

The renowned British publication highlighted our Public Law, Capital Markets, Litigation and Corporate & Mergers and Acquisitions practices and emphasised the work of our partners Maria Isabel do Prado Bocater, Joao Laudo de Camargo, Flavio Martins Rodrigues and Thiago Araújo in their respective areas.

In its editorial on the firm, the guide stated that the Bocater Advogados team offers clients a wide range of legal services, including international transactions, commercial litigation, real estate and tax matters. In addition, it highlighted our work in advising an investment fund on various transactions, including share transfers and capital investments aimed at strengthening the Brazilian aerospace sector, as well as our advice to a major pension fund on loan instruments and share acquisitions.

“The firm has also developed a solid client base in the energy sector, advising on corporate governance and securities compliance and participating in anti-corruption investigations on behalf of the CEO and directors of BNDES, addressing compliance issues related to credit operations for engineering exports,” the guide further noted.

We congratulate our entire team for this achievement and thank our clients and partners for their trust!
