This week, Bocater Advogados was present at the 20th National Meeting of Supplementary Pension Lawyers (ENAPC), which took place in Brasília on the 25th and 26th, with significant representation.

This year, our senior partner Flávio Martins Rodrigues gave a lecture on the need to review the sanctioning process, currently provided for in Decree 4.942/2003.
