This week, Bocater Advogados was present at the 20th National Meeting of Supplementary Pension Lawyers (ENAPC), which took place in Brasília on the 25th and 26th, with significant representation.

Participating in the event on behalf of the firm were our partners Flavio Martins Rodrigues, Fernanda Rosa, Bruno Carriello, and Matheus Corredato Rossi, and our solicitors Gabriel L., Larissa K. Vieira Bosco, Pedro Diniz da Silva Oliveira, Guilherme Giovani Sabatini, and Ageval Rodrigues Dória Jr.

This year, our senior partner Flávio Martins Rodrigues gave a lecture on the need to review the sanctioning process, currently provided for in Decree 4.942/2003. The panel included Frademir Oliveira, Chief Legal Advisor at Previ, Ana Carolina Oliveira, Partner at AcoAdvocacia, Leandro da Guarda, Chief Prosecutor at Previc, and Marcones Gonçalves, Founding Partner at Marcones Gonçalves Advogados.
