Bocater Advogados team contributes to CVM Public Consultation SDM No. 01/25

The Bocater Advogados team, through our partners Maria Isabel do Prado Bocater and Joao Laudo de Camargo, and our lawyers Luiz Pompeu and Luiz Felipe Monteiro de Castro Souza Campos, recently contributed to Public Consultation SDM No. 01/25, of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM).

On that occasion, the CVM consulted the market with the aim of receiving suggestions for improvements to CVM Resolution No. 44/2021, which deals, among other topics, with the disclosure of material facts and the prohibition of trading securities using insider information.

The comments made in the Public Consultation, including those made by the firm, are available on the CVM website.
