In April, our senior partner Flavio Martins Rodrigues took part in the 2025 East + Southeast Regional Meeting of Abrapp – the Brazilian Association of Closed Supplementary Pension Entities, held in Rio de Janeiro.

Flavio was one of the speakers on Panel 6 of the event, which debated legal and regulatory trends, their main impacts and challenges. In his speech, our partner addressed the qualitative rules of CMN Resolution 5.202/25.

In addition to Flavio, the panel featured the Chairman of Abrapp’s Board of Directors and Previ Director, Márcio de Souza, as moderator, the Petros Legal Executive Manager, Alexandre Barenco, and the Chief Prosecutor of Previc’s Federal Prosecutor’s Office, Leandro Guarda, also as speakers.

With the Regional Meetings series, Abrapp aims to be actively present in each region to listen to the expectations of its members, debate relevant technical issues and share the System’s main projects, actions and news.
