In 2024, our team excelled in writing books and articles on important legal topics, sharing its knowledge and producing important content for the legal community.

Our senior partner Flavio Martins Rodrigues, for example, edited another issue of Revista da Previdência, which paid tribute to the 15th anniversary of the creation of the National Supplementary Pensions Superintendence (PREVIC), the National Supplementary Pensions Council (CNPC) and the Supplementary Pensions Appeals Chamber (CRPC).

The issue also featured articles written by our partners Thiago Araújo and Matheus Corredato Rossi, as well as our lawyers Larissa K. Vieira Bosco, Gabriel L. and Ageval Rodrigues Dória Jr.

Our lawyer Larissa also launched her book ‘Servidores Públicos Federais: Análise do regime de previdência complementar oferecido pela Funpresp’, by Editora Roncarati, in 2024. The book presents a study on the implications of implementing the Complementary Pension Scheme (RPC) for civil servants holding permanent positions within the Federal Government, and provides a history of the formation of the pension system in the world, with a focus on Brazil, presenting the characteristics and economic-financial and actuarial results of the Federal Government’s own pension schemes and the complementary pension scheme set up for federal civil servants.

Our lawyer Luiz Pompeu co-authored an article with Egmon Henrique de Oliveira Costa entitled ‘Stablecoins as Securities: Derivatives and Collective Investment Contracts?’ in the 6th edition of LIFT Papers, the journal of the Laboratory for Financial and Technological Innovations (LIFT).
