Our partner Thiago Araújo and our lawyer Daniella Felix Teixeira analyse the new Insurance Legal Framework in an article published in Revista Consultor Jurídico (ConJur).

In the text, Thiago and Daniella explain the main innovations of the law and emphasise the expectation of greater legal certainty with this Legal Framework. According to them, the new rule represents a step forward in strengthening the rights of policyholders, while at the same time challenging insurers to adapt to the new requirements imposed by a more transparent and agile regulatory environment.
