A member of the firm’s team for over 10 years, Guilherme Sabatini works in the area of supplementary pensions, with a particular focus on advising institutional investors on contentious issues. His experience includes representing clients before judicial and administrative courts, as well as regulatory bodies.
Guilherme also works in the area of corporate labor law, with a special focus on dispute resolution and negotiations.
Guilherme’s previous experience includes a stint in the 3rd vice-presidency of the Rio de Janeiro Court of Justice (TJ-RJ).
