Felipe practices in the ​​dispute resolution area, with a special focus on strategic civil and commercial litigation, representing clients in judicial and administrative courts at all instances.

His previous experience includes working at the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) and, also, at renowned Brazilian law firms.

He is the author of the article “Extraordinary Appeal – Attorneys’ Fees – Opinion of the IBDP as amicus curiae”, written alongside with Cássio Scarpinella Bueno, Rogéria Dotti, Ronaldo Cramer and Arthur Ferrari Arsuffi, and published in the Revista de Processo (RePro, São Paulo, v. 48, n. 339, p. 21-37, May 2023)
