A doctoral student and holder of a master’s degree in Regulatory Law from Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV), Ana Luiza has more than ten years of experience in Public Law, in both advisory and litigation matters.
In advisory practice, she provides strategic legal advice to clients on complex matters involving Public Law and Regulation, with an emphasis on the interpretation and application of rules in regulated sectors, the development of legal solutions for sensitive institutional matters, and the design of strategies involving state-owned and private companies. Her practice also includes monitoring and engagement in initiatives within the legislative process, as well as legal advice on public procurement, privatization, and partnership projects with the government. In litigation, she represents clients before courts and administrative tribunals at all levels, with a special focus on the Federal Accounting Court (TCU).
She is also a guest professor at FGV Rio de Janeiro Law School (FGV Direito Rio), where she teaches classes related to Administrative Law. She also serves as coordinator of a Constitutional Law course designed to prepare students for the Brazilian Bar Association Exam (OAB Exam). She is the author of legal articles published in specialized publications, in which she addresses matters related to Public Law.
