Ageval has almost a decade of experience in the areas of capital markets and corporate and business law, with a special focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, investment funds and project finance.
His experience involves advising national and multinational clients from a wide range of sectors on complex corporate restructurings, IPO processes, drafting contracts and documents, among others.
