Mauricio Jayme e Silva gives an interview to Capital Aberto about the internalization of orders on the CVM’s agenda

Our partner Mauricio Jayme e Silva gave an interview to Capital Aberto about the contributions made by the CVM to the Regulatory Impact Assessment study on the internalization of orders, i.e. closing trades in securities without going through the stock exchange.

In his speech, Maurício pointed out that the high volume of contributions shows the interest of market participants in the subject. “I think we have all the conditions to have adequate regulation adapted to our market.”
