Our partner André Uryn recently delivered a lecture on leniency agreements as part of the ‘Regulation and Sanctions’ module, which forms part of the LLM programme at FGV Direito Rio.

The lecture, held online, took place on 22 April and covered topics such as what leniency agreements are, specific examples and challenges, amongst other subjects.
