Our partner Fernanda Rosa has been appointed to serve on Previc’s Monitoring Committee for Significant Actions. The appointment was formalised by Previc Order 690/2026 on 11 September.

This committee examines the most significant legal proceedings relating to closed supplementary pension schemes and may decide that the agency should intervene in cases posing the greatest risk to the system.

The group comprises industry experts, including a Previc director and experienced, representative professionals. Fernanda will be a full member, representing the Association of Private Sector Pension Funds and Sponsors (APEP).
